Architected and deployed a turnkey Smartsheet-based PM platform across five portfolio companies — CareTria, RevSpring, DirectMed, Konovo, and AirLife — standardizing project visibility and enabling data-driven decision-making at the executive leadership level. Built a reusable implementation framework now standard across all new Frazier acquisitions.
Built a JIRA-driven automated vendor onboarding system for a 30-member EA team during a period of rapid global expansion. Eradicated a 2-month invoice backlog totaling millions of dollars.
7 years of C-suite and board-level EA support to the Executive Vice Chancellor, including full Board of Regents committee logistics, budget management, and stakeholder communications.
Simultaneous support to the COO and CFO at a regional nonprofit, including Board of Trustees Planning and Finance Committee support, financial operations, and stakeholder liaison work.
